We had an unforgettable stay. Everything was outstanding: the staff was welcoming and helpful, the room was clean and well-equipped, the hotel facilities were great, and the breakfast was delicious. Additionally, the location was convenient and the transportation was readily available. We highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The hotel’s location offers a peaceful atmosphere, surrounded by many other hotels. the staff is friendly and has good housekeeping services, ensuring a clean room and helpful assistance with dinner orders. food is brought in from outside, requiring the use of your own utensils or hands.

There is a lack of communication from the staff, and guests have to seek assistance for any needs they may have.

The hotel's location was convenient, with many other hotels and restaurants in the area. The environment was appealing and calm, perfect for relaxation. the housekeeping service was very prompt, even asking if I wanted to order dinner.

It's a shame that the hotel had some major drawbacks. The service was almost non-existent;

Spent Christmas here and loved it! the hotel is in a great location, close to everything we needed. the staff was friendly and helpful, answering all our questions and giving us recommendations for places to go. the room was cozy and comfortable, with a nice view of the city. We especially liked the free breakfast and the Christmas decorations.

The hotel was a bit noisy at times, with some street noise coming through the windows. the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty, making it difficult to stay connected at times.

Staff attentive, friendly and helpful. Room clean, comfortable bed. Good location, near attractions. Excellent amenities, everything you need.
